Abstract:
Naturally occurring Regulatory T-cells play a vital role in establishing tolerance to self constituents, with their dysfunction leading to Autoimmune pathology. Their ontogeny, signal transduction are the most popular area of Immunological research. Understanding their function will aide the treatment of wide spectrum of diseases namely – Autoimmunity and Cancer. All students with interest in Biology /Immunology are encouraged to attend.
